In consideration of the acceptance of my application to participate on the 2008 Marquette Bay Classic Trout & Salmon Tournament. I for myself, my heirs, executers and assigns hereby RELEASE, WAIVE and FOREVER DISCHARGE all officials, organizers, promoters, sponsors and their respective officials, representatives and assigns from all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and actions in respect to illness, injury, my death, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising by reason of my participation of the said event. By submitting this waiver I acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the above. This will also acknowledge that I have read and will abide by all tournament rules and regulations.
